Join our Virtual Enrollment Day and get Wildcat Ready from wherever you are! This is your opportunity to take care of everything you need to be Wildcat Ready for the fall in one visit.
During Enrollment Day, you will have direct access to key campus partners to help you complete your next steps, including:
- Financial Aid – Review your award, submit documents, and ask questions
- Student Accounts – Understand your balance and explore payment options
- Academic Advising – Get guidance on your course pathway
- Orientation – Register and prepare for your transition to B-CU
- Placement Testing (Math & English) – Complete required assessments
- Campus Tours – Explore your future home (10a and 2p)
- Secure Housing Assignments
This is your chance to get financially cleared, registered, and ready before the semester begins—all in one day. A link will be sent to you to access the session and sign up for a timeslot.

- 1. What is a Virtual Enrollment Day?
Virtual Enrollment Day is your opportunity to complete your next steps for fall in one visit. You can meet with key departments, get financially cleared, register for classes, and become Wildcat Ready. A link will be sent to you to access the session and sign up for a timeslot.
- What can I complete during Enrollment Day?
✔️ Meet with Financial Aid to review your award
✔️ Speak with Student Accounts about your balance and payment options
✔️ Connect with Advising to discuss your academic plan
✔️ Register for Orientation
✔️ Complete Math & English Placement Testing
✔️ Take a campus tour - 10am & 2pm- Do I need to register before attending?
Yes, we encourage you to register in advance so we can prepare for your visit and ensure you receive the support you need.
- What should I bring with me?
- Government-issued ID
- FAFSA confirmation (if available)
- Any requested financial aid documents
- A payment method (if you plan to pay your balance or deposit)
- Questions you may have for our team
- Can I pay my enrollment deposit at Enrollment Day?
Yes! You can pay your $200 enrollment deposit on-site and secure your spot for the fall. But we highly recommend you do it before, as it will take 24-48 hours to activate your Wildcat Access.
- What does it mean to be “financially cleared”?
Being financially cleared means your tuition balance is addressed and your financial aid is in place, allowing you to move forward with registration and housing.
- How long will the process take?
It depends on your needs, but we recommend planning to stay 1.5 to 3 hours to complete all steps.
- Can my parent or guardian attend with me?
Absolutely! We encourage families to attend and ask questions so they can support you through the process.
- Do I have to complete everything in one day?
While not required, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to complete as much as possible and avoid delays before the semester begins.
- What happens after I attend Enrollment Day?
After completing your steps, you’ll be closer to being fully Wildcat Ready, meaning you’re prepared for class registration, housing, and your transition to B-CU.
- What if I still have questions after Enrollment Day?
