Wildcat 360 Campus Tour: Schools/Organizations (10+ people)

Our tours do not include Housing & Residence Life
The following form is for the Group's leader, to indicate the total number of guests participating in your group's tour. We ask that Chaperones and Students are mindful of the following guidelines to ensure an enjoyable experience for your Wildcat 360 Campus Tour:
- Encourage all students to use the restroom facilities prior to the start of the tour. Tours last approximately 90 minutes
- We ask that students wait until after the Brand Ambassadors have finish their summary of each tour stop prior to questions being asked.
- We request that students raise their hand to be called on, once the opportunity to ask questions presents itself.
- Students must remain with the group at all times.
- We encourage you to speak to students on-campus (with their permission).
- Please be respectful to all members of the B-CU campus community while you are visiting.
Questions & Answers
Campus tours are scheduled around our university calendar. Regular tour hours are Monday-Friday (Monday-Thursday during the summer months) at 10 am and 2pm EST. Campus tours are not offered during weekends, university holidays, breaks, and exam periods. If your prefered time/date is not available, please feel free to visit our campus for a self-guided tour.
When you sign up for a campus tour, please use the name and contact information of the main chaperone that will be touring with the group. This will be important so that we can follow up with additional communications prior to, and post, the campus visit.
Groups will have to self-schedule lunch on campus via Sodexo. Please contact Hope Donald at hope.donald@sodexo.com or by phone at 386-481-2798. Arrangements must be completed, at least, two weeks in advance of your visit date. If your group has tax-exempt status, please bring a copy of your tax-exempt form with you for the visit.
Meal prices are as follows (please bring a tax exemption form for your group if applicable):
Breakfast: $7.30 plus tax
Lunch: $9.40 plus tax
Dinner: $10.45 plus tax

The tour is a walking tour and the campus is roughly 67 acres. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes. The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Please make appropriate plans before your arrival to accommodate the entirety of the tour.
